After many years of service as a teacher and counselor, I entered the fitness profession to assist and inspire individuals of all fitness levels, achieve physical wellness. I hold a Spin certification and am also certified through AFAA as a Personal Trainer and Kickboxing Instructor. I recently completed a Pilates Reformer certification and am currently working on a Flexibility Certification.
I began my career 16 years ago, creating outdoor strength and conditioning classes to help women achieve their fitness goals after childbirth. I also created running programs and interval workouts to help individuals and small groups train and prepare for short and long distance races. I have trained both men and women in a local personal training studio, founded Fit Mom Circuit Training (a female only bootcamp, co-ed spin classes and kids fitness) and now have combined all these services into one location located at Thomas Moreland Fitness.
I offer a bootcamp for women only, to really focus on what matters to them; feeling good and strong, looking good (fit and toned), being knowledgeable about nutritious food for them and their families, and having a supportive, motivating and fun atmosphere to do it all in. I offer high energy spin classes for both men, women, and kids, as well as, small group and personal training for individuals (men and women) who prefer more individualized attention and an individualized fitness plan.
Anyone I train, or who knows me well, will tell you I’m highly motivated and never give up. I’m 52 years old and in the best shape of my life since having 3 children. I eat well, have more energy, run faster, and lift heavier than I ever have. I truly love helping others achieve their fitness goals and use my life experience, certifications, and continuing education as a solid base.

Terry Moreland

Terry Moreland has been interested in the fitness world since he began lifting weights at age 14. He quickly figured out that to be a better athlete, weight training was his corner stone, and he never stopped getting stronger!
Terry has been very involved with youth sports since 2000, having coached his three sons in basketball, soccer and lacrosse. He coaches at all levels, from youth rec programs, which involve girls and boys, ages 4 and up, all the way to the extremely competitive high school club lacrosse programs. Running rec programs and teams, coaching and being involved with area families have been an important part of Terry’s world. He soon began preparing young athletes off-season with skills and drills programs as well as speed and agility sessions. Training young athletes became a year-round passion and he soon began to introduce weight lifting, agility training and speed work as its own sport.
Terry continues to be an active member in the strength training world and especially enjoys training men and women on proper powerlifting, Olympic weightlifting, Strongman, kettlebells, and all forms of strength and mobility.
Having pursued this passion, he holds certifications for CPPS, MKT, CPT, YFT, CSCS, USA Weightlifting Coach.
