confidence and strength challenge

Good morning ladies! Once again our past week was worth mentioning again! I'm watching many of you gaining confidence to push yourself a little harder, lift a little heavier, get comfortable being a little uncomfortable. Embrace knowing strength training is most important for a healthy body and bones. Cardio and more movement is good for our minds and our heart but it won't boost your metabolism, build bone mass or build lean muscle mass which are key to a healthy, lean and strong body.

Upcoming:

I'm looking for 6-8 women who want to participate in a strength challenge. I will be running two (6 week) sessions. Here are the deets:

*First session begins Tuesday, Sept 19th-Oct 26th

*Second session begins Tuesday Oct 31 and ends Dec 7th

*The classes will be on Tuesday and Thursdays 7:30-8am

*The classes will solely focus on strength and form

*The benefits of participating are not only you will gain strength, you will learn proper form to get the most out of each exercise, you will learn what you are capable of, you will learn what weights are appropriate for you in other bootcamp classes, you will build your confidence, your bone mass and muscle definition. 

*Included in this challenge is a healthy meal template that corresponds with a strength training program. Supplements are optional but I will share with you what I take.
