Hi all!   When you give birth, your abs take a beating! If you have a weak core (lower ab pooch) and suffer from lower back pain at times, check out this article that teaches you a core strengthening technique- similar to the one we do in class....the Pelvic Tilt!!

I say lets try the experiment! Take your measurement around your waist- directly over your belly button and record it. We will perform this exericse after every bootcamp class and you will need to do 10 min a day on your own. Please review with me if your not sure you're doing it correctly.
