The Body Achieves what the mind believes!

Good morning! Here's the third quote in our motivational series...

The body achieves what the mind believes!

You see this one every day in the gym and for good reason! Your mind is your most powerful tool. The way you think informs the way you perform...100%. We all have a time where we want to quit, shy away and doubt ourselves, inside and out of the gym. What's important is we dig a little deeper, draw on our resources and support and take the step to face a challenge that will lead us to become stronger and more resilient.

Each time you show up for class, turn the spin gear a little higher, lift a little heavier or hold a plank a little longer, you strengthen your mind body connection. Each time you push past your doubt, keep going when you want to quit, or stay strong when you feel like you're on an island, you strengthen your mind body connection.

You gain confidence when you accomplish something you thought was impossible. Give yourself the opportunity every day to grow and build the confidence and courage to keep on going and make the most of each day.
